FamilyCare Medical Group is a multispecialty medical group dedicated to providing the highest quality medical care throughout Central New York. Founded in 1996 by 13 family doctors, FCMG has grown to over 60 physicians and 40+ advanced practitioners. The specialties represented are family practice, general internal medicine, endocrinology, infectious disease, gynecology, otolaryngology, sleep medicine, and ophthalmology. We practice in 28 locations covering Onondaga, Cayuga, Cortland, and Oswego counties and our physicians are affiliated with Crouse Health Hospital, St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center, Auburn Memorial Hospital, and Cortland Memorial Hospital.
