FamilyCare Medical Group is looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. We have several locations to choose from such as Cortland, Cicero or if you are looking for more of a specialty office try our Center for Sinus & Allergy Care.
Primary responsibilities include direct patient care and follow-up, ordering proper tests and medications, review of laboratory and medical records and providing patient education to ensure quality patient care for the care and treatment of established and new patients. Must have NYS license. Medent experience preferred, but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:
- NYS licensed
- Must have NPI number and be Medicare Enrolled
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with Medent EMR preferred
